Addressing a key moment in the customer journey, the trade-in of the old vehicle, this partnership makes it possible to innovate and manage this process completely remotely simply.
An intuitive, fast and precise trade-in estimate
The year 2023 was marked by a remarkable increase in online vehicle trade-in/exchange requests from individuals, with a 50% share of requests on autosphere.fr. Recognizing the evolution of consumer behavior, Autosphere has set itself the goal of responding with user experience and innovation in mind. To support individuals who are unable to travel to a dealership, Autosphere provides them with a 100% remote trade-in service (from making an appointment to transporting the vehicle). This new service was created thanks to Tchek’s fully digitalized inspection solution. The web application, based on artificial intelligence through images, offers the customer the opportunity to remotely inspect their used vehicle.
This inspection detects the damage and its severity, assesses the repair costs and issues a complete report to the Autosphere network trade-in advisor. This process is activated when the customer selects the remote trade-in service on autosphere.fr. The customer is then contacted by a recovery advisor to explain the steps. He then receives a link to the web application to carry out the remote inspection. After analyzing the inspection report and market trends, the advisor establishes a firm trade-in offer which he submits to the customer during an online meeting. Once the offer has been accepted and signed by the customer, a partner conveyor collects the vehicle at the planned location (home, workplace, etc.). Payment is triggered and occurs within 48 hours maximum.
